Shipping
Orders normally ship within 1-2 business days after payment is completed. Tracking information will be added when the order ships.
Standard shipping is a flat $12.95 per order to addresses in the contiguous 48 United States.
Alaska and Hawaii: Contact blueelectricalsurplus@gmail.com for a shipping quote before placing an order.
Oversized, unusually heavy, or freight items may require a separate shipping quote. We will contact you before shipment if additional arrangements are necessary.
30-Day Returns
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received, including any included parts or accessories.
Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)
Before returning an item, email blueelectricalsurplus@gmail.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions. Returns sent without authorization may be refused.
Ordinary Returns
For returns made because an item is no longer wanted or was ordered by mistake:
- The customer is responsible for return shipping.
- The original shipping charge is not refundable.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrectly Described Items
If an item arrives damaged, is defective, or is not as described, contact us to request an RMA. Blue Electrical Surplus will pay the authorized return-shipping cost, and the original shipping charge will be included in the approved refund.
Refund Timing
Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected. Your bank or card provider may require additional time to post the refund.
